What is Pragmatism?
Pragmatic people prioritize actions and solutions that are likely to work in the real world. They don't get entangled in unrealistic theories that may not be feasible in practice.
This article explores three principles of pragmatic inquiry. It also provides two case studies of the organization processes of non-governmental organizations. It suggests that pragmatism is a an effective and valuable research methodology to study these dynamic processes.
